If you ask how much do I want, I’ll tell you that I want it all. This morning, you and I and all men are flowing into the marvelous stream of oneness. Small pieces of imagination as we are, we have come a long way to find ourselves and for ourselves, in the dark, the illusion of emancipation. This morning, my brother is back from his long adventure. He kneels before the altar, his eyes full of tears. His soul is longing for a shore to set anchor at (a yearning I once had). Let him kneel there and weep. Let him cry his heart out. Let him have his refuge...

Delusion, a curse, But does it have to be? Opportunity or threat? Perception as reality. Here I am There you are The boundraies? Beautifully indstinct. RIP Maya Angelou -- (1928-today) and thank you for your courageously bold and beautiful voice. I know why the caged bird sings resonates in my heart, too. Power over others master --> slave --> dog Herstory repeats itself. I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings A free bird leaps on the back Of the wind and floats downstream Till the current ends and dips his wing In the orange suns rays And dares to claim the sky. But a bird that stalks down his narrow cage Can seldom see through his bars of rage His wings are clipped and his feet are tied So he opens his throat to sing. The caged bird sings with a fearful trill Of...

I spoke to mom tonight who told me that the night before I was born 35.999 years ago, she and pops were supposed to go into the (New York) city. Her sis, Aunt Beverly, got a room at The Plaza hotel (a dream!) and they were going to have drinks (ha!) and hang out. She said she just wasn't feeling right - something was off, so she decided not to go. She remembers apologizing to my father on the way home because he was looking forward to the NYC treat, too. Her water broke in the middle of that night, three weeks...

Within the past few years, I've been yearning for a mentor--someone to look up to, to learn from, laugh and cry with, be together in the face of failures and successes alike. I am proud to say this guy, Tony Carr, is my mentor. We met at a design meeting for Business As Agent of World Benefit at Case Western Reserve University. Since that time, we have grown our friendship, personally and professionally -- and I am so excited to know that something wonderful is going to happen next for us in the work of creating the world we all want....

If you’ve been following me and the projects of Louis Alloro and Associates or SOMO Leadership Labs on any social media in recent weeks, you’ve realized that I have been here, there, and everywhere lately! Philadelphia! New York! Sayulita, Mexico! Oaxaca, Mexico! Cleveland! New Jersey! The playgrounds and experimental labs of my life and work have been expanding, integrating and bursting into new life in many locations and many ways in these weeks, so I thought I’d pause for a minute to fill you in. (Pausing to reflect, clarify and communicate is helpful for me *and* for all of us who...
